Forging a Mind Like Water
#forgingaWant to track the number amount of time I'm meditating each day. Every time I meditate my brain is energized and more focused, but somedays I just plain forget to do it. Other days I get fidgety and can't do it for too long. Want to get that Jedi-like "mind like water" that all the uber-monks talk about. Levitation capabilities would be cool too.

Last Friday
I was going to do a retreat in Ithaca next week, but damn deadlines interfere. Still, if Aaron's minutes > 0, that should get me motivated.
Last Thursday
I'm not big on resolutions, but I would definitely like to do more sitting this year. Of course, more than zero should be manageable.
